Sophie is an experienced yoga instructor with a passion for creating a space that inspires fluid movement and connection to the breath. Her teaching style is rooted in the belief that yoga should be progressive, playful and grounding, offering students a space to tune into their bodies, explore creativity and let go of expectations. With a foundation in anatomy and a background in dance, Sophie has spent over five years teaching yoga, accumulating more than a thousand hours of experience. Sophie’s mission is to help students create space in their bodies, to be mindful and to step away from the busyness of everyday life.
